IQOS ILUMA line is the so-called Iqos 4.0 – the fourth generation of the most popular heat-not-burn devices in the world, that entered the market in 2021-2022.
The latest 2021 model, IQOS Iluma, takes the appeal of heat-not-burn tobacco to a new level with the new technology Smart Core Induction System™, maintaining the original IQOS technology that heats tobacco leaves directly from the inside.
With a new structure without blades, there is no need to worry about blade damage, and there is no need for troublesome cleaning after use.
IQOS Iluma has familiar design, which can be said to be a standard model of IQOS, but has been evolved. We have achieved a simple feel that fits comfortably in your lifestyle.
Device can be used two times continuously. It also has an auto start function that automatically starts heating.
IMPORTANT NOTE: IQOS ILUMA is designed to be used only with TEREA heating tobacco units. Do not use IQOS ILUMA and TEREA heating tobacco units with older generations of IQOS, as you may damage your device.
IQOS Iluma is designed for use with Smart Core Stick™ only. Do not use IQOS Iluma and Smart Core Stick™ with traditional IQOS devices (IQOS 3 Duo and earlier models) and their dedicated tobacco sticks. This can damage the device.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met.
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.
