- Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for eligible products.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging with all labels and seals intact.
- Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened, used, or partially used disposable vapes, pods, e-liquids, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If your package appears damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please record a clear 360° unboxing video before opening the package. This video will help us verify your claim and provide a faster resolution.
- Please note that the courier partner is not responsible for product-related discrepancies after delivery.
2. How to Request a Return
If your order qualifies for a return, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your package.

- Clear photos or videos of the product
- A brief description of the issue

- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage
- Products with missing original packaging or seals
- Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Damage caused after successful delivery
