1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all seals and labels intact.

• Used or partially used disposable vapes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• If you notice any damage or discrepancy upon delivery, please record a 360° unboxing video before opening the package and contact our support team immediately.
  Note: Delivery partners are not responsible for product issues; all such matters must be reported to VapeHereIndia support.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Please provide your order number, product details, and a description of the issue (attach photos or videos if applicable).

• Once verified, our team will guide you through the return or replacement process.

3. Refunds & Replacements

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

• If approved, you can choose either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

• Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service, as VapeHereIndia cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

5. Exclusions

This policy does not cover:

• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents.

• Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery.

• Products without valid proof of purchase.
